Job Purpose
As warehouse operative, you will be planning and organising the flow of workload in all areas of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse/Site key holder, therefore unlocking and locking premises responsibility.
- Plan & organise the daily workload
- Goods receiving
- Goods out
- Preparing goods for sale once received
Person Specification
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- An understanding of Warehouse Management and Distribution systems

2) Digital Content Creator
As our new Digital Content Creator for social media, you will work closely with in our team to strategically build content and networks for our audience to stay engaged, excited, and educated on our products and brand.
Must be able to work well in a small fun team in a fast-growing brand.
This candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the creative direction on all our social media platforms and digital ad creatives, to take our brand to the next level.
You’ll excel in this role if you’re a creative person who has excellent knowledge and experience in all social media platforms. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Experience growing and managing social media channels
- Content creation both organic and for ads
Responsibilities:
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
- Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, advert creatives and multimedia content
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand
- Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
Requirements:
- Social Media/Marketing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Canva, YouTube, Word and Excel
- An interest and knowledge in photography & photo editing
- Good knowledge of all areas of all social media platforms
- An understanding of how to edit films/reels and create/upload all social media platforms
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative ability to adapt to different areas of graphic design

Job description
Pom Pom London are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic person to join their busy, friendly team in their Ringwood, Hampshire office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hours would be 9-5pm to help with the day to day running of the office alongside our team.
- Receiving inbound stock, unpacking and preparing items for sale
- Picking & packing orders for their online customers for same day postal collection.
- Manage inventory and report low stock items.
- Further help with customer support. First class customer service, accuracy & attention to detail are essential.
- Care and attention to detail is essential
- Organisation and the ability to prioritise is essential
- Customer service experience would be beneficial
- Computer literacy critical
- Training will be offered where a need is identified - you will be working as part of a small, dedicated and friendly team

Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Account Executive, managing a number of accounts, delivering the best customer service and supporting our wholesale partners to grow sales of Pom Pom London.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Focused on both account management to maximise existing relationships, whilst also putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts.
- Developing account plans that will drive growth across customers in multiple countries.
- Hitting volume and revenue targets across our wholesale partners.
- Demonstration of commercial acumen and delivery of KPI results.
- Leading key activations and communicating with the wider team to ensure perfect execution of our brand activities.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient and is keen to develop their career with us.
- Ownership – Take your results personally and lead by example.
- Excellent relationship building with Customers, Consumers, internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years in a sales position with a strong track record of success
- Great communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships. Negotiation and Objection Handling skills as well as commercial acumen
