The Role
As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across our online store, optimising the customer journey, and improving conversion rates. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website, oversee digital marketing strategies, and ensure a seamless user experience to maximise revenue.Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management – Maintain, optimise, and enhance our Shopify website to drive conversions and improve user experience.

Sales & Performance Growth – Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue, AOV, and customer retention.

CRO & UX Optimisation – Continuously test and improve site speed, navigation, checkout processes, and product pages.

Merchandising & Promotions – Manage product listings, seasonal promotions, and content updates to maximise sales opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting – Track key KPIs (conversion rates, bounce rates, customer acquisition cost) and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.

International Expansion – Optimise the site experience for key markets and explore new opportunities for global growth.

Customer Journey Enhancement – Ensure a seamless shopping experience across all digital touchpoints, including mobile and desktop.

What We’re Looking For

E-commerce expertise – 3+ years of experience managing a high-growth D2C e-commerce brand (preferably on Shopify Plus).

Shopify knowledge – Strong understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem, including themes, apps, and integrations.

Data-driven mindset – Comfortable using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing tools to make informed decisions.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Experience improving UX/UI and checkout processes to boost revenue.

Strong project management skills – Ability to lead e-commerce initiatives, coordinate with teams, and execute with precision.

Experience with international e-commerce – Understanding of multi-currency, multi-region storefronts, and cross-border logistics.

Job description

Pom Pom London are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic person to join their busy, friendly team in their Ringwood, Hampshire office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hours would be 9-5pm to help with the day to day running of the office alongside our team.

Receiving inbound stock, unpacking and preparing items for sale

Picking & packing orders for their online customers for same day postal collection.

Manage inventory and report low stock items.

Further help with customer support. First class customer service, accuracy & attention to detail are essential.

Care and attention to detail is essential

Organisation and the ability to prioritise is essential

Customer service experience would be beneficial

Computer literacy critical

Training will be offered where a need is identified - you will be working as part of a small, dedicated and friendly team
