We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return you purchase please click here and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return. Goods must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, in a saleable condition with all original packaging & tags attached, we recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping cost), return shipping to be paid by buyer.
If your goods are faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you (once the original has been returned to us) and we will refund you the original postage cost you paid.
