1) Brand & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Brand and Manager to join our Marketing team.As a Brand and Marketing Manager, your will responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Overseeing the Marketing team to schedule and organise the brand’s social media content calendar
  • Working alongside email marketing, paid advertising and website design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Creating and posting content across our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Creating effective and eye-capturing adverts
  • Planning and developing social media campaigns.
  • Engaging with customers on our social channels.
  • Continue to develop our UGC collaboration program via Instagram, TikTok and Shopify Collabs
  • Proofreading emails and adverts
  • Staying on top of the latest social media trends
  • Contributing to the brand’s blog by writing informative and engaging content that is in line with the brand's personal style.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a social media manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years relevant experience)
  • Experience with SEO strategy for an ecommerce brand
  • Familiar with the process behind email marketing strategy and direct mail initiatives 
  • Experience in creating social media strategies and a clear understanding of building a brand identity
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence both in front of and behind the camera
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum

    2) Operations & Warehouse Executive

    Job description

    Pom Pom London are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic person to join their busy, friendly team in their Ringwood, Hampshire office.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Hours would be 9-5pm to help with the day to day running of the office alongside our team.
    • Receiving inbound stock, unpacking and preparing items for sale
    • Picking & packing orders for their online customers for same day postal collection.
    • Manage inventory and report low stock items.
    • Further help with customer support. First class customer service, accuracy & attention to detail are essential.
    • Care and attention to detail is essential
    • Organisation and the ability to prioritise is essential
    • Customer service experience would be beneficial
    • Computer literacy critical
    • Training will be offered where a need is identified - you will be working as part of a small, dedicated and friendly team
