We’re looking for a full time Finance Assistant (flexibility could be considered) to join the team at Pom Pom London, at our head office in Ringwood, supporting our growing business with day to day financial operations.

What you’ll do

  • Process invoices, payments and expenses
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support with month end reporting and cash flow management
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve finance queries
  • Assist with ad hoc finance projects and analysis

What we’re looking for

  • Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Experience with bookkeeping or finance administration
  • Comfortable using Excel and accounting software (Xero experience a plus)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast moving brand

Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is essential to our mission of providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Job description

Pom Pom London are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic person to join their busy, friendly team in their Ringwood, Hampshire office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hours would be 9-5pm to help with the day to day running of the office alongside our team.

Receiving inbound stock, unpacking and preparing items for sale

Picking & packing orders for their online customers for same day postal collection.

Manage inventory and report low stock items.

Further help with customer support. First class customer service, accuracy & attention to detail are essential.

Care and attention to detail is essential

Organisation and the ability to prioritise is essential

Customer service experience would be beneficial

Computer literacy critical

Training will be offered where a need is identified - you will be working as part of a small, dedicated and friendly team

Pom Pom London is a fast growing accessories brand with a global network of independent boutiques and premium retailers. As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to take ownership of our wholesale channel and drive growth across the UK, US, and key global markets.

This is a hands on, outward facing role where you will be a key ambassador for the brand. You will manage existing retail partners, open new accounts aligned with Pom Pom London’s aesthetic and values, and represent the brand in store, at appointments, and at trade events. Some travel across the UK and occasional trips to the US are part of the role.

What you will do

- Manage and grow wholesale accounts globally

- Build strong, long term relationships with retail partners and buyers

- Drive wholesale sales, re orders, and new business opportunities

- Visit stores to ensure strong brand presence and merchandising standards

- Share market and customer insights with the wider team

About you

- Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle

- Commercial, relationship driven, and highly organised

- Confident representing a brand in a retail environment

- Comfortable working independently in a fast growing, founder led business

- Happy to travel in the UK and occasionally to the US
