All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched next day). Royal Mail deliver all orders and you will receive an email once dispatched.
Your delivery may need to be signed for.
We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return you purchase please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the order and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging, we recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
Gift with purchase returns
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
If you choose to keep the FREE gift, the RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

If your goods are faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you (once the original has been returned to us) and we will refund you the original postage cost you paid.
