All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched next day). Royal Mail deliver all orders and you will receive an email once dispatched. Your delivery may need to be signed for.

We take care of all duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay :)
EU & ROW DELIVERIES
All orders are sent using a DAP service. All customs/duty payable by the customer.
We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return you purchase please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the order and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging, we recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer. Returns to be sent via Royal Mail.
- To arrange a return/exchange please print our RETURNS FORM, complete all fields and include in your return.
If your goods are faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you (once the original has been returned to us) and we will refund you the original postage cost you paid.
If you are not satisfied with your order please do get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help resolve any issues.
All Pom Pom London products have a warranty period of 180 days from the date of purchase. During this time we will replace all items with a manufacturing defect, however, any orders outside the 180 day period period will not be covered under warranty.

Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
PLACING AN ORDER
Unfortunately you will not be able to edit or cancel your order with us once it's been placed due to our fulfilment process.
Alternatively, once you receive your order you can return via our returns website. We will refund the price paid for good to the original payment method once received back at our warehouse.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURNS
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
If you choose to keep the FREE gift, the RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
