Personalised Items
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of these personalised items they are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of faulty products. If you feel like your personalised item may be faulty please do get in touch with us.
PLACING AN ORDER
Unfortunately you will not be able to edit or cancel your order with us once it's been placed due to our fulfilment process.
Alternatively, once you receive your order you can return via our returns website. We will refund the price paid for good to the original payment method once received back at our warehouse.
Please note that products on Pre-Order will have the estimated timeframe for dispatch on the product page. Orders including a pre-order item will be shipped when all items are available.
All Pom Pom London products have a 365 day warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair.
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear which includes tarnishing to metalwork

What comes with the Original?
Two free straps of your choice and a keyring, together worth $77, plus a Pom Pom London dust bag. You choose the straps when you add the bag to your cart.
How much is shipping to the US?
US shipping is free on orders over $100, with no duties to pay. Smaller orders are charged at checkout.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, and gifts bought for the holidays can be exchanged until January 8, 2027.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Every bag is handcrafted in 100% full-grain leather and covered by our 365-day warranty.
Will other Pom Pom London straps fit this bag?
Yes. Our straps are interchangeable across the range and clip on and off in seconds, with more than 2,000 strap and bag combinations to choose from.
