We are excited to launch our first Black Label Collection made for us in Ayrshire, Scotland where each garment is manufactured from start to finish.
The wool is sourced from farms where animals are humanely raised and cared for. We are proud that every design not only has a little piece of Scottish DNA in it but is made from natural and sustainable fibres that have as little impact on the environment as possible.
The Bloomsbury Gloves Navy are soft and light but will keep your hands beautifully warm. They coordinate perfectly with the matching hat and scarf.

All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched the same day).
Our business working days are Monday-Friday. No orders will be sent during the weekend. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be sent the following working day.
USA

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We do offer a returns service for UK, US, Australia, Germany and Canada.
Personalised Items
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of these personalised items they are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of faulty products. If you feel like your personalised item may be faulty please do get in touch with us.
PLACING AN ORDER
Unfortunately you will not be able to edit or cancel your order with us once it's been placed due to our fulfilment process.
Alternatively, once you receive your order you can return via our returns website. We will refund the price paid for good to the original payment method once received back at our warehouse.
Please note that products on Pre-Order will have the estimated timeframe for dispatch on the product page. Orders including a pre-order item will be shipped when all items are available.
All Pom Pom London products have a 365 day warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair.
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear which includes tarnishing to metalwork
