Pom Pom London – Free Gift Card Promotion Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This promotion is valid for all online orders placed at www.pompomlondon.com during the promotional period.
The offer is applicable only to orders with a total value exceeding £70 (after any discounts or promo codes are applied and excluding shipping fees).
A £25 Pom Pom London Digital Gift Card will be automatically issued and sent via email once the qualifying order is confirmed and dispatched.

Gift Card Issuance & Usage

The Gift Card will be sent to the email address associated with the order within 3–5 working days of dispatch.
The Gift Card can be redeemed online only at www.pompomlondon.com.
It is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns & Refunds

If any part of the qualifying order is returned, causing the adjusted order value to fall below £70, the free Gift Card will be automatically invalidated.
If the Gift Card has already been redeemed, £25 will be deducted from the refund amount due on the returned order.
Where the Gift Card has not yet been used, it will be deactivated upon return confirmation.

Additional Terms

Only one promotional Gift Card will be issued per qualifying order.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotional gift offers.
Pom Pom London reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer, including the Terms & Conditions, at its sole discretion.
