Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
Sign-up points are only awarded to customers creating a Pom Pom account for the first time. If you’ve previously created an account, placed an order using that email address, or signed up with another email before joining the program, sign-up points may not be applied.
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out all the ways to earn points.
Log in and head to your Loyalty page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Points will expire after 12 months after from the day there are earned.
Once points have been redeemed, they cannot be returned to your loyalty account.
However, any discount code created from your points does not expire, so you can save it and use it on a future purchase whenever you’re ready.
For example:
If you have 4,000 points and redeem 800 points for a discount code, those 800 points will be permanently converted into a voucher. Your voucher will remain active and can be applied to your next order.
Some reward vouchers require a minimum spend before they can be applied at checkout.
If your voucher code isn’t working, it’s likely because your basket hasn’t yet reached the minimum order value needed to activate the discount. Once the minimum spend is met, your voucher will apply.
We’re currently unable to combine Blue Light Card discounts with loyalty reward vouchers at checkout.
If you’d still like to use your Blue Light Card discount, no problem at all - simply place your order as usual and then contact our Customer Service team afterwards. We’ll happily refund the difference for you 💙
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 15 days from the day you entered it.
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
Points cannot be merged between multiple accounts. We recommend using the same email address for all purchases to ensure your points and rewards stay in one account.

Yes! When you redeem a reward at checkout, the discount is automatically converted to your local currency. So if you're shopping in the US you'll see the value in dollars, and in the UK in pounds. Minimum spend thresholds also apply in your local currency.
