One to Mark the Occasion
In a happy twist of fate, 2025 marks a major milestone for both us here at Pom Pom London and butter LONDON. We're celebrating 10 wonderful years of Pom Pom London, while butter LONDON toast to their 20th anniversary. That’s 30 years combined of creating thoughtfully designed products, with passion, purpose, and people at the heart of everything we do.
At butter LONDON, they create premium beauty products that both look and feel good, made with clean ingredients and a focus on self-care. This simple approach - allowing the quality to speak for itself - couldn’t be more aligned with our mindset here at Pom Pom London, where timeless design, the finest leather and everyday functionality are the cornerstones of every bag we make.
The Journey, From Start to Finish
We began liaising with them following the first lovely message they sent to us in November 2024. Their team were already fans of our bags and owned a few already, and we quickly became theirs! Fast forward to early springtime and many emails later, we were excited to hold our first meeting to discuss the SS25 collections. We compared our different colour palettes, discussed complementary colours and brainstormed content inspiration we loved together.
To add more value into the collaboration, we decided the giveaway would centre around butter London’s special Nail Hacks Kit and our BANKBUNDLE. Their Kit featuring; a product bag, mani how-to guide, 10 pack of Nail Scrubbers, P.D. Quick Dry Drops, Banana Nail File, Quick Fix, Signature Glass Cuticle Pusher, Melt Away Cuticle Exfoliator, Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat and Hardware Shine Topcoat - in addition to the colour shade! As well as our BankBundle, featuring the biggest of our hero designs; the Original Plus, with its matching leather strap, two fabric straps and a Pom Pom Keyring.
Bold Summer Shades: Make it Match, Make it Pop
After much deliberation over all of the gorgeous colours on offer, the confirmed combinations were Blustery Day Nail Lacquer with the Original Plus Mint Green, and Piccadilly Prawn Nail Lacquer with the Original Plus Off White! We settled on the theme of ‘make it match, make it pop’ so that the palette would be bright, fun and reflective of the summer season with our Mint Green and their Piccadilly Prawn as the colour pops, but paired with neutrals to balance them out.
Not only are their shades seriously gorgeous, but what we adore about butter LONDON is that everything they make is with clean ingredients, good-for-you formulas and are always cruelty free. The tools feel premium to the touch and the products are made with ingredients like Wakame Bioactive and Hibiscus Extract to help nourish and strengthen, leaving you with healthier nails and much less breakage! So you can look good and feel even better.
Behind the Scenes
Once we mastered the art of navigating our different timezones, we got to work to create a gift that would brighten up any of our customers’ days. From mood boards to swatch comparisons, to passing design notes over video calls (and lots of coffee!), this collaboration was built on genuine connection. We’re so proud of the care that went into every detail - from the moment you unbox your bundle, to the final polished look of your nails and bag in hand.
