Is it real leather?
Yes. Full-grain leather, handcrafted with a double-reinforced base and our signature gold hardware, so it’s made to be used every day for years to come.
What if it isn’t right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, and you can start it online in a couple of clicks through our returns portal. Just send it back unused, with its tag and packaging. Personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty, and sale items have 14 days.
What if something goes wrong with my bag?
Every Pom Pom London product comes with a 365-day warranty covering the stitching, zips, metalwork and straps. If anything fails with normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
How quickly will it arrive?
We ship worldwide, with free delivery on qualifying orders. Orders placed by 8pm (UK) or 3pm EST (US) are dispatched the same day, and you’ll get tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Will it fit my everyday essentials?
The Original (20 × 16 × 8 cm) fits your phone, purse, keys and daily bits, with three separate zip pockets to keep everything organised. Need more room? The Original Plus and City Plus are our larger styles.
Do the bags come with straps?
Selected bags come with two free straps of your choice and a keyring, plus a dust bag. Every strap fits every Pom Pom bag, so you can change your look in seconds.
Can I spread the cost?
