Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Pom Pom Perks Loyalty & Rewards Program (the “Program”) operated by Pom Pom London Ltd (“Pom Pom London”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Membership

1.1 Participation in the Program is available exclusively to individuals who create a registered customer account through the Pom Pom London website using a valid and active email address.

1.2 Loyalty points, rewards, and account benefits are strictly associated with the email address used at the time of purchase and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, shared, or otherwise exchanged between accounts or individuals.

1.3 Customers who have previously completed a purchase with Pom Pom London prior to joining the Program shall not be eligible to receive any new member sign-up bonus or introductory reward unless expressly stated otherwise by Pom Pom London in writing.

1.4 Customers maintaining multiple accounts acknowledge and agree that accounts, purchase histories, points balances, rewards, and tier statuses cannot be consolidated or merged under any circumstances.

1.5 Customers who complete purchases using guest checkout may accrue points associated with the email address used at checkout. However, such points shall remain inaccessible and non-redeemable unless and until a registered rewards account is subsequently created using the identical email address.

1.6 The Program is available exclusively to individual retail consumers and is not intended for wholesale purchasers, distributors, resellers, or any customer purchasing products for commercial resale purposes. Pom Pom London reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation where it reasonably believes an account is being used for wholesale or resale activity.

1.7 Pom Pom London reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, revoke, or terminate membership where fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

2. Accrual of Loyalty Points

2.1 Loyalty points shall be awarded on qualifying purchases made during the applicable Program period, including the 2026 calendar year unless otherwise amended.

2.2 Points are earned based on the final transaction value after the application of discounts, promotional offers, credits, refunds, taxes, shipping charges, or other deductions as determined by Pom Pom London.

2.3 Customers shall ordinarily receive one (1) point for every £1 (or equivalent local currency value) spent on eligible purchases, unless otherwise stated.

Example:
A qualifying purchase of £1,200 shall result in the accrual of 1,200 loyalty points.

2.4 Each loyalty point shall carry a redemption value equivalent to £0.05 (five pence), meaning that one hundred (100) points shall equate to a £5 redeemable discount value.

2.5 Points earned will expire 12 months from the date they are awarded to the customer’s account unless redeemed prior to the expiry date. Expired points cannot be reinstated, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.

2.6 In the event that a purchase, order, or item is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned, Pom Pom London reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points previously awarded in relation to such transaction.

Example:
The return of an item valued at £60 shall result in the deduction of 60 points from the customer’s account.

2.7 Pom Pom London reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a transaction qualifies for point accrual.

3. Tier Status and Promotional Multipliers

3.1 Loyalty tier classifications are determined based upon a customer’s aggregate qualifying spend during the applicable qualifying period, including the 2025 calendar year.

3.2 Tier benefits, earning rates, promotional incentives, and associated privileges may vary according to membership level and may be amended, withdrawn, or replaced at any time without prior notice.

3.3 During designated promotional periods, including but not limited to “double points” campaigns:

Customers within the VIP Tier shall receive three (3) points per £1 spent in place of the standard 1.5 points;
Customers within the Core Tier shall receive two (2) points per £1 spent in place of the standard 1 point.

3.4 Promotional multipliers and bonus point offers:

apply solely during the advertised promotional period;
are non-transferable;
cannot be applied retrospectively; and
may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at Pom Pom London’s sole discretion.

4. Redemption of Points

4.1 Loyalty points may be redeemed solely against eligible purchases made through approved Pom Pom London sales channels.

4.2 Only one redeemable loyalty discount may be applied per transaction unless expressly authorised by Pom Pom London.

4.3 Loyalty rewards, discounts, and promotional vouchers may not be combined, stacked, or used concurrently with any other offer, discount code, referral incentive, or promotional campaign unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.4 The maximum redeemable value permitted per order shall not exceed £40 (or equivalent local currency value), corresponding to eight hundred (800) loyalty points.

4.5 Loyalty points:

possess no cash value;
are non-transferable;
may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or credit; and
shall not constitute personal property.

4.6 Pom Pom London reserves the right to refuse redemption requests where misuse, technical error, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms is identified.

5. Birthday Rewards

5.1 Customers must submit and verify their date of birth through their rewards account no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to their birthday in order to qualify for birthday reward benefits during the applicable year.

5.2 Where a birthday is submitted fewer than fifteen (15) days prior to the customer’s birthday, eligibility for birthday rewards shall commence from the following calendar year.

5.3 Pom Pom London reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke birthday rewards where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.

6. Referral Program

6.1 The Referral Program is offered at Pom Pom London’s discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Customers participating as referrers (“Advocates”) shall receive a £10 referral reward once the referred customer successfully completes a qualifying first purchase in accordance with the applicable referral criteria.

6.3 Referred customers shall receive £10 off their first qualifying order, subject to any applicable exclusions or minimum spend requirements.

6.4 Referral incentives are strictly limited to new customers. Existing customers are not eligible to receive referral discounts or referral-based introductory offers.

6.5 In circumstances where a referred order is refunded, cancelled, returned, or deemed invalid, Pom Pom London reserves the right to:

revoke the Advocate’s referral reward;
deduct the equivalent loyalty points from the Advocate’s account (currently equivalent to 200 points); and/or
disqualify participants from future referral activity.

6.6 Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or any activity deemed abusive or contrary to the intended operation of the Referral Program are strictly prohibited.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time.

7.2 Pom Pom London reserves the unrestricted right to:

amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms;
alter points values, redemption rates, tier thresholds, rewards, or benefits;
suspend or terminate the Program; and/or
restrict or revoke participation at any time and without liability.

7.3 Any abuse of the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, manipulation of points balances, exploitation of promotional mechanics, unauthorised account access, or conduct deemed detrimental to Pom Pom London, may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of points, cancellation of rewards, and/or permanent removal from the Program.

7.4 Pom Pom London shall not be liable for:

technical malfunctions;
delays in points allocation;
system outages;
unauthorised account access;
lost rewards; or
any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program.

7.5 All determinations made by Pom Pom London in relation to the Program, including eligibility, points accrual, tier qualification, and redemption disputes, shall be final and binding.

7.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.7 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
